Lilly was always available when needed and was able to help us in the process of finding and all the way to the closing of the house. She was a big help in finding our home and getting the finance process started and was very help in all the steps in buying a home. I would definately recommend her anyone who is buying a home in the central Florida area and especially if this is your first new home. She is familiar with all the steps from finding to buying your first new home or she can even help you if this is your second new home. I had the pleasure of working with Lilly who just managed to sell my recently deceased sister's home for me. I am in the state of MD and she is in FL, and she took on so many duties that I couldn't do being out of state. She is meticulous in getting the proper pics for virtual posts and made herself available to show in person. She is so professional, responsible, caring, and with a great personality! Finding a house that you love and that fit your budget is not an easy task! But Lilly have so much knowledge that she was able to deliver and to answer all my question ( way too more than usual). Lilly will let you know pros and cons and investigate further if she doesn't have the answer. As well she will present you with every possible escenario that might occurs for you to be able to make a decision that fist for you! I don't even know where to begin to explain how amazing Lilly is. To say she did a great job is an understatement. For starters, she found our home within two days of becoming our realtor. She's very knowledgable, always answered the phone whenever we call or text and she responds quickly. At the same time, there were so many loops and hurdles in trying to acquire our property for a number of reasons but Lilly was there every step of the way. She really put her boxing gloves on for us assuring we didn't loose our home by taking some matters into her own hands to make sure deadlines were met and information needed was provided. The process is so convenient and easy with her because everything is electronic and a click to sign option via email so you never have to stop what you're doing, go anywhere, or miss work to sign a document. We would highly recommend her and definitely use her in the future when we're ready to sell and buy a new home. She's the best realtor in central Florida! Thank you for everything Lilly!
